Positive points: The room was just incredibly clean and everything worked perfectly fine. I liked that the washbasin was in the room and not in the bathroom, so you can wash your hands and brush your teeth without getting wet. This hostel is as close to a western country hostel you can possibly get. Everything was good from charging outlets to lightning. The WiFi is flying. It was a bit expensive compared with the rest of Vietnam, but the facilities are top notch. The large and cozy Cafe/bar on the rooftop was superb. It was lit up with lanterns at night. It came complete with table and chairs in all sorts of heights, to satisfy anybody's preference. Also lots and lots of charging outlets there, so perfect for work. The friendly and enthusiastic English speaking staff were always around. They also had bicycle rental...and it was a GOOD one. There's a Coop supermarket across the street. There's also a large common indoor aircon room for those that need to cool off. I really do not understand what people are complaining about here, and I did not mind the no window room. Facilities are more important to me. Staff actually wanted to put me up in a window room across the street, maybe because I'm older than most, but I convinced them to give me what I had booked.

Positive points: Clean room, good wifi, good price, friendly staff. 3 minute walk to the ferry boat to Phnom Penh.

Review: Very close to the Victoria dock, large supermarket opposite, well located for restaurants and spas and lovely staff. Great all rounder.

Positive points: - Great central location very close to the river (and the docking point of the boat to/from Phnom Penh), lots of restaurants, etc - Clean rooms - Staff was very helpful and helped us arrange transport to local sights (we even played billiards on the last day!)

Review: Ok only to stay to reach the pier for the ferry as it was only walking distance.

Review: The hotel was conveniently located in Chau doc and the employees were lovely! They helped me book onward travel and were very kind and helpful. Room was spacious, although the bathroom was tiny and the shower located about the toilet (not practical). The bed was really hard, rest of the room was great. Good stay for a few nights
