Review: It is good place to stay, staff is very helpful and friendly
Positive points: Perfect location, room is clean
Negative points: The bathtub… water drains out on the floor while we take the shower
Review: Hotel was in an area that took 10 minutes to walk to the front. Sufficiently out of the way of the hustle and bustle but close enough to it to enjoy. The staff were extremely helpful. Would help you book trips and our onward journey we could not praise them more. Excellent English spoken would stay there again. If you want to base to explore the area for a couple of days, this would be the best place to go.

Review: We enjoyed our stay at Chau Pho Hotel. Right at the beginning, we were greeted with a nice surprise in the form of a welcome drink and a free room upgrade. The room was large, spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff was helpful, smiling, and our requests were always met. They helped us with ordering a taxi and recommended what we should see in the area. The breakfast was excellent, the selection of food and drinks was varied.
Positive points: The staff is extremely friendly, extremely helpful.they helped me get bus transportation to my Boat trip out of the country.

Positive points: This is an excellent hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Location is good
Negative points: Two minor points that we didn't bother to have rectified. We could not access our balcony - the door was locked. We could not access the room safe - the door was locked.
Positive points: within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops, and a supermarket only a few doors away.
Negative points: I asked for ice they said NO

Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at Chau Pho Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions in Chau Doc. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the local specialties. The price is reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommended!
