Positive points: Clean and helpful staff. Location perfect
Negative points: Just be careful that some rooms don't have a window, this wasn't clear in the reservation
Review: Simple local hotel. Good proximity to food, riverfront, and market. A/C functioned well. Hotel rooms shows age, but is adequate for a couple nights given the price point.
Positive points: Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The bed was super comfy. It’s a great value for a budget traveler wanting to stay at a local families Hotel. They did my laundry for me and used unscented laundry soap, helped us book our speed boat and helped book a tu tuk tour up to same mountain and the pagoda. AC was cold and worked great!
Review: Ok for a short stay. The hotel is dated but all the facilities work well.
Positive points: Super central. Clean and tidy. Staff were keen to help.
Negative points: No hot shower. The taxi they arranged for us was very overpriced.

Positive points: The hotel was very well located in the center, and it provided us with all equipments needed. We could have done our laundry too and we rent a motorbike because it is the easiest way to go around.

Positive points: Everything went well. There is an elevator. It is a 15 minutes walk from the Victoria Hotel / Hang Chau ferry to Phnom Penh and 5 minutes to the market. There are Vietnamese cuisine restaurants and cafés close-by.
Negative points: There was no indication that the water provided was an added cost. Fortunately, i suspected it because i was charged in a few other places before there, so i didn’t take any.
Review: A nice stay at the hotel. The friendly host was very helpful. Motorbike safe inside and the bed and room was comfortable.
Positive points: Comfortable hotel. Good location but quite loud at night. It was fine for an overnight stay before an early ferry.
Negative points: Fairly basic room. Quite loud at night. Room was tired looking and the bathroom toilet area seems to be leaking.
