Positive points: Honestly the only thing worthwhile is the view.
Negative points: I've been staying at Victoria Hotels for years, and this is actually my fourth time here. The quality of the food has declined, the hotel room doors lack weather stripping... hence numerous bugs, and the staff is unresponsive and doesn't listen to concerns nor their own requests....

Review: Beautiful views with such kind staff! Sweet little hotel!
Positive points: The views are beautiful, rooms comfortable, and breakfast buffet tasty. We’ve been here a couple of times already (annual trip to the temple) and really enjoy it.
Negative points: Not about the property itself, but we were just a bit rushed this visit and weren’t able to fully partake of the options.
Positive points: The restaurant and breakfast were great and the staff very welcoming. We all enjoyed the pool and excellent views.

Positive points: Beautiful views overlooking the fields. Good walking distance to mountaintop so we went for early morning hikes. Large balconies where you can spend quality time with your travel companions. Friendly and helpful staffs.
Negative points: Breakfast arrangement is a bit odd to us (like cereals and milk are in separate stations etc.) but not a huge deal.
Review: 2 days here was not enough. The staff were very good, the rooms clean and the food was amazing. If you like walking/hiking you can get to town by walking to the top of the hill - 20 minutes, and catching the cable car ride to the bottom. Most sights are within 30 minutes walk or reception can organise a taxi.
Positive points: The view is fantastic from the top of the mountain, especially at sunrise and sunset. Each room is like a little bungalow with your own patio to sit out on. The staff was very accommodating and super helpful in locating me a motorbike driver to take me to the nearby temples as soon as I got there as well as a taxi to take me to the Cham village early the next morning. Chau Doc was the highlight of my entire trip to Vietnam, in part because staying Victoria was so nice, and I wish I spent more time there. Definitely visit the Hang Pagoda! Dinner was also tasty with big portions.
Review: Beautiful, the scenery is absolutely stunning. Overlooking the Rice fields, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is amazing & authentic. Definitely stay here again if I visit the town.
Positive points: The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large with a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view. The pool is also nice. The staff is welcoming and professional.
