Positive points: Billy,Jade and the rest of the team made us feel welcome from the beginning. The service was amazing and nothing was too difficult even booking a tour of My Son on Lunar New Years eve!. The drinks by the pool was fabulous and restaurant staff were happy to prepare meals out of hours. The room was extremely large and the cleaning staff were very obliging. The location was the perfect distance from Hoi An to avoid the noise but close enough to visit daily with the free shuttle.
Negative points: The bed was a little hard for us and while it advertised being a beachside resort the beach was a 10 minute walk away.

Staff helpful and friendly at all times. Big shout out to Jade and Bea for going above and beyond when we had an issue ( non hotel related) .
Breakfast - all the choice you could need
Negative points: The only negative was the beach bar the hotel partners with sadly has lost its beach in recent storms so after walking there expecting towels etc it was a bit of a pain .. however there is a beach just along which has beds outside different restaurants.
Positive points: We had a room on the top floor, it was beautiful and spacious . We had a lovely big bath and a balcony looking out to sea. Staff was fantastic and we loved it.
Negative points: Would be even better if there were more shuttle buses running to Hoi A through out the day.

The kindest and most professional staff works in this hotel, from before checking in to after checking out, they went above and beyond, but never in a pushy manner, to offer advice, assistance and tips on what to do, where and how to go.
The room was bright, ac works perfectly, the bathroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. Water, tea, coffee, ice coffee all provided in the room for free, but the restaurant-café-bar downstairs is also happy to cater for your needs.
The breakfast is super rich, amazing fruits, eggs made to order, fresh juices, lots of grilled, fried raw goodies.
The pool is nice and clean, in a secluded part of the garden. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the old town, but you can rent a scooter too, or just take any of the bikes for free.
The beach is literally 2 minutes by foot, not too crowded, with nice cafés and restaurants.
I was travelling alone, but there were a few young couples, some with kids, and a nice elderly couple too. Strongly recommended, 10/10!

The staff were wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with our pick up from the train station so we had to get a taxi. The hotel staff were so apologetic and paid for the taxi.
There was a New Year party for the staff and they were so concerned the following day about noise or inconvenience. It wasn't a problem as they were done by 10.
The shuttle bus to Hoi An old town is a bonus and they did an extra run for us as it was fully booked when we went to put our names down.
The hotel recommended some tailors in the old town (there are loads) and they were absolutely top quality - new clothes (including a 3-piece suit) made from scratch within 18 hours of us walking in the shop!
Negative points: This is not the fault of the hotel, but it needs to be made clear that the private beach referenced in the write up IS NOT AVAILABLE. There has been a huge landslide and the beach has been washed away. We only went for 2 nights and the point of going was for the Lantern Festival so we weren't that bothered. If you had booked this for a week's holiday though, you would rightly be annoyed. There are other beaches but this really should be corrected in the description.

Positive points: Lovely hotel, close to the beach and a very handy free shuttle to the old town. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Positive points: Staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. The facilities were great. The spa was super nice and great quality. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back for sure.
Negative points: Location was the only thing that felt a bit inconvenient, but honestly this was nothing. Still walkable to the beach and restaurants a coffee shops. A convenience store next to the hotel. Old town was just a 15 minute drive.
