Jamsil Delight Hotel

Review: 가격만 비싸고 전혀 그 값을 못 합니다. 차라리 5만 원만 더 보태서 3성급 호텔 가는 걸 강력히 추천드려요.nn먼저, 위치가 모텔촌 한가운데라 분위기부터 별로였고요. 하루 전 미리 전화해 욕조 있는 방 요청했고, 직원도 그렇게 해두겠다고 약속했지만 막상 도착하니 욕조는 없었습니다. 프론트에서는 다른 커플들도 하수구 냄새가 심하다며 방 바꿔달라고 항의 중이었어요.nn방 상태도 공사 중인 것처럼 허술했고, 에어컨도 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 부모님이 대신 전화하셨더니 환불은 불가하다며, 대신 방을 바꿔주겠다고 하더군요. 제가 그냥 나가겠다고 했는데도 과하게 붙잡으면서 방만 바꿔드릴게요라고 계속 말하셔서, 솔직히 그 태도도 불쾌했습니다. 에어컨 문제에 대해서도 전 객실 다 잘 된다, 고객님이 제대로 눌러보셨냐고 하시는데, 제가 여러 번 확인해봤고 분명히 안 됐습니다.nn다음날 중요한 시험이 있어 컨디션 망치기 싫어 결국 3성급 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 진심으로 돈 아까웠고, 스트레스만 받았습니다.n전철로 20~30분 거리만 이동해도 같은 가격에 훨씬 쾌적한 호텔 많아요.n여긴 다시는 이용하지 않을 생각입니다.

Positive points: This is the third time we stay at this hotel. We always stay in the duplex units, which are quite comfortable. nLocation is superb, a few blocks away from Lotte Tower, so lots of restaurants, cafés, malls and other attractions nearby, plus close access to metro stations and bus stops, makes it easy to move around town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. nThey implemented an awesome kiosk system for ordering food directly from your room (I don't know if other hotels have a similar thing lately, this is the first time I see it anywhere).

Positive points: Good central location in relation to public transportation. Close to the Olympic Park, Lotte World Mall, and food avenue. The room included a table for placing food delivery orders which was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and the free laundry facility helped since we packed light for this trip. nnThe staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was very thorough every day. This hotel is a great value.

Review: Not a bad choice location wise but the cleanliness should be improved.My bed was not clean and the walls were dirty.

Positive points: The location is walking distance to Lotte Tower, once you come out on the main strip between all the restaurants and bars you have a great view of that tall building. And as just mentioned, you're right in the middle of all of the restos and bars, etc. Multiple walking routes to get to the nearest metros, which, either one can be reached on foot within five to ten minutes. The room was private and cleaning service was attentive.

Positive points: The location is amazing within walking distance to the Lotte tower and many great restaurants.

Review: Lovely small and clean hotel. Nice smaller rooms, comfy bed. You have to ask at reception to turn the aircon on.

Review: This is my third visit to this hotel. One of my favourite hotel in Jamsil area and definitely will stay again.

Positive points: Conveniently located near KSPO Dome, just a subway ride away. Plus a lot of good restaurants near the place. Great for age groups of 20-40s. Plus the price is just right.

Review: Happy with my stay. Room is small but has all the amenities. Breakfast was fine, set menu. nThis hotel does its job for a work stay (ie mainly for sleeping).

Positive points: The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Location was excellent for the price. Bus station, subway and restaurants as well as shopping mall all near by. I would definitely stay here again.
