Review: Mattress in 5 star hotel need to be more attentive, due my bed I saw got hair on and some girl make up mark . Beside that during night time even is winter , the room centralized air condition is abit warm . I can’t have a good rest .

Positive points: We liked the bed it was comfortable and the location of the hotel

Negative points: The concierge were very rude and disrespectful and not friendly, it was disappointing as it is one of IHG hotels. And they charged extra for a cake order and we didn’t request. Very disappointing treatment we had at this hotel. Generally the staff were unfriendly and not flexible. This is not the first time we have been in Korea and we never experienced this atmosphere before.
