Review: Food services were great, fast, good taste. Lot of option for meals. Minus point for a small beach, hard to swim.
Positive points:
Spa, sauna and gym
Clean beach front
Food was good quality
Comfortable beds
When our plane was delayed we could use the facilities after checking out
Negative points:
The only ATM machine didn't accept Australian VISA card.
Food at all of the restaurants took a long time to prepare
Pillows smelt a little

Professional & friendly staff, beautiful rooms with large bathtub. Many restaurants to eat within the resort and a brilliant pool and beach area to sit at and chill. The sun rises from the ocean in the morning. The buffet breakfast is perfect with a very large variety of food, I was very impressed.

Positive points: Our first stay was 13 years ago when the Grand was newly built. After all these years, not much has changed in terms of interiors, quality and services. Swimming pools are superb, restaurants and bars are great, plenty of activities and entertainments to keep you busy during your stay. They offer free shuttle bus service from and to Saigon, which is super convenient.
Negative points: Hotel’s staff is friendly and attentive, however, I caught them chatting using unprofessional and casual language on multiple occasions. Please be aware of this and do not assume hotel’s guests do not understand you.

Negative points: I didn’t like that people can smoke inside the hotel. That put us off going certain places as it smelt so much

We took a short break from Saigon city.
We were grateful for the complimentary transfer bus to the resort.
The staff was especially courteous and pleasant. No request was too much.
The facilities like the Gym amd pool were wonderful.
The only down side was the cost of eating on-site.
The local seafood restaurant were about 10-15 minutes away by taxi.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a great relaxing time away to recharge yourself.
Positive points: Four pools for kids, from wich one with water games and one with a wide water slide. Three large pools for adults. Various food, fresh juices and coffee during breakfast.
Negative points: The kids pool with water slide was closed half of our 3 days stay. The indoor kids area is not for free, I paid but nobody stayed next to my kids. Also the toys here were perfect for infants only, not for kids aged 4 to 12 as I saw at the entrance.

We took 3 days break from the hustle and bustle of Saigon city to the quiet of Ho Tram.
Complimentary 3h bus trip from Diatrict 1 help us get to The Grand seamlessly.
Beach ⛱️ is lovely and warm waters. Daily tractor 🚜 comb the beach of rubbish.
The pools are divine and refreshing.
The rooms and facilities are wonderful and spacious.
The staff are courteous and truly helpful to my son, my partner & I .
Quick 17 minute away is the local town of Ba To for hair colours and perms.
Thank you very much a memorable stay.
