Review: If I could give a negative star!!! It is a scam and I demand to get my money back! We checked out around 7pm on the same day we checked-in. It’s a ghost town. No body except us was at the resort. Check-in was shabby. It was at small coffee shop next to the pool and the staff used her phone to take a picture of our passports, didn’t go through any policy. The villa was dirty, felt like it was just a quick clean-up from a really long time. The floor was filled with water when we walked in, like they just swiftly splashed the water on the floor and swept the excess water out. The toilet paper roll was hook onto the window’s handle. The towels were dirty. The villa’s pool was dirty with missing tiles and has debris. When I looked over the neighbors’ pools, those filled with thick green moss. They charged 20k vnd per person to access the beach where it filled with black oil and trashes and dead sea moss. We ended up walking back, washed our flats and feet, then hurried up packing our stuffs to checkout right away where we couldn’t stand a discussing place. There was no street light on the block where our villa was located. It was pretty much an empty place!

Review: A desolate place to live in. There are no fun services or activities to enjoy. The nearby water park is only for children but still charges adult admission. Overall, it is cheap and clean but very sad and boring, only suitable for a vacation.

Review: Nhà thiết kế đẹp, khu resort có nhiều góc chụp. Hồ bơi sạch.
Tuy nhiên, dịch vụ không được tốt. Nhân viên có mặt chậm, sau mỗi lần gọi phải chờ 10-15ph. Ngừoi dọn dẹp có thể tự vào phòng. Nhà dọn cho có, không sạch. Kệ rất bụi, bếp ố vàng, bị nhớt, chén đũa không sắp ngay ngắn. Kệ dưới bếp đủ thứ đồ, không gọn gàng. Nói chung cách dọn dẹp bài trí như vậy không xứng với tiêu chuẩn 4*.
Thuyền kayak bảo trì không báo trước với khách, resort không có bãi biển riêng, muốn tắm phải tới bãi công cộng khá xa, nếu không có xe thì khỏi tắm biển. Các dịch vụ khác như phòng gym, lounge, … ko mở điện máy lạnh dù khi đặt phòng cứ quảng cáo được sử dụng miễn phí toàn bộ.
Đến đây nướng bbq ban đêm rồi tắm hồ bơi, nửa ngày là vừa, chứ lâu hơn cũng chẳng có gì thử.

Review: Nhân viên tự ý mở cửa villa đang ở cho thợ cắm điện Sơn bàn trong sân sau khi khách vắng mặt. Ra vô sân nhà như ko có khách. Trong khi những căn xung quanh ko có ai tại sao ko làm bên đó. Nói chung vắng buồn chán
