Review: The facility is too old, simple breakfast. Seem like the resort was built 20 year ago. They was renovated but it’s not enough, but staff is very friendly

Positive points: Very charming resort layout on the beach among beautifully kept grounds. Much better than it looks in the photos actually. Several pools, with one overlooking the ocean and with ocean water. Restaurant overlooking pool and ocean. Spacious rooms, good food for all meals and great staff. Beach was good. Lots of activities for kids in the pool playgrounds and indoor playground. Would definitely come back!

Review: My kid loves it, large playground and large kidclub. She had pleasure time with rabbits too. Swimming pool are nice for both adult and children. There are lots of tree in the resort so if you love green, you will love here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kidclub has no aircon so might be hot during summer.

Positive points: We spent New Year's Eve at Carmelina Resort, and honestly, we had a fantastic time. The staff were always smiling and super friendly, greeting us every time we passed by, which really made us feel at home. :)

The resort itself is beautiful, with so much green space around. We loved the saltwater pool, it was great to swim in every day and felt so healthy. The beach was lovely, too, even though the weather wasn’t super sunny. It was actually a nice break from the heat of HCMC, with the cooler air and breeze.

The food was really tasty and priced reasonably, and the rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. We can tell the team takes great care in making sure everything’s in top shape. 🙏🏻

We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back with our family next time. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Review: Good place for kids with lot of trees and sightseeing. Cool pools and great staffs. The beach is party hard to swim. Food in restaurant is normal.

Positive points: Great facilities, especially for children. Some parts are a little bit dated and in need of repair, e.g. outdoor playground. Good location (beachfront) and the grounds are well taken care of. Close proximity to newer (and better) hotels may be problematic to the hotel in the future. Staff is fantastic, will always try to accommodate every need although there is the occasional communication struggle.

Review: Resort rộng rãi, tiện nghi, rất nhiều trò chơi cho trẻ, phù hợp với gia đình. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhà hàng nấu ăn vừa miệng. Tuy nhiên, wifi hơi yếu trong phòng nên nhà mình toàn dùng 4G

Positive points: Excellent staff and very helpful. We enjoyed the 3 pool areas as well. There was plenty of things to for kids. They hosted a movie night each day we were there. Visitors could view rabbits, paint ceramics for a fair price, play soft archery and even feed the fish. The property was gorgeous with a multitude of orchids, plants and water/ fish ponds. It was lovely to walk around at night too. Overall great fit for our family.

Review: The grounds are so well-maintained here, and the beach is very nice. It is not crowded at all, and there are a few swimming pools. Excellent facilities for kids, from play areas (inc. pool play area) to cinema and game room.
Hotel is not overly tall or fancy like the nearby Grand. Staff is accomadating.

Positive points: Our recent stay at the hotel was pleasant, marked by its beautiful surroundings and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's grounds are well-kept, offering a tranquil retreat. Staff members were attentive and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities that contributed to a comfortable stay. However, we suggest an improvement regarding access to drinking water. As tap water isn't drinkable and buying bottled water can be inconvenient, providing guests with easier access to fresh water would be a significant enhancement to their comfort and overall experience.

Review: Khuông viên rộng có đầy đủ dịch vụ trong resort. Gia đình mình tới dây dịp noel nên cảm nhận như đang ở Đà Lạt vì ở resort trồng rât nhiều hoa, thác nước và các suối nhỏ chạy quanh có nhiều cá tạo ra cảm giác thư thái. Đặc biệt các bạn nhỏ sẽ rất thích trải nghiệm cho thỏ ăn trực tiếp. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình làm việc chuyên nghiệp như được quản lý bởi các tập đoàn du lịch nước ngoài Bhaya

Positive points: Breakfast options were great! The resort was very peaceful and we enjoyed the ponds throughout the property. This resort is very family oriented (for young children), but it is just a short taxi ride to bars and restaurants.

Review: We spent 3 nights over there and love every moment of our trip. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Positive points: Loved the hotel and its territory. My daughter had a blast at the playground as well as in the pools. Breakfast was very good - lots of options every day. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and had helped us a lot during the stay.
