Positive points: good location, nice view, quiet peaceful place

Negative points: the hot water in bathtub is not stable

Positive points: Great location and easy to access, very communicative host.

Negative points: Bare bones accomodations with a few broken things, not as well decorated or maintained as the photos.

Review: Pro's- Nice location, great patio with a view, roomy, washer/dryernCon's- Noisy-something is wrong with I think the water heater and it makes a grinding noise constantly(it was supposed to be looked at but the noise never stopped) and roosters in the morning. It really needs either a microwave or hot plate something to heat food to really make it a kitchenette. It's up 5 flights and you have to go through a clothing shop that when it's closed the door is difficult to open and close.

Review: The room is quite good for a couple or two friends who do not afraid to share their bed.nThe location is good, easy to get to Old Quarter, West Lake.nStaff are nice.nOnly the bathroom, the shower is not new. Definitely not a problem for Summer, but winter cannot be hard for those who fear the cold.

Negative points: Nhà tắm có gián, không mới, sạch sẽ và đẹp như trên hình. Bước vào phòng có mùi. Không gửi được vali sau khi check out.
