Hotel PJ Myeongdong

Review: Hotel desk staff were the best! Helped us find cabs so we wouldn't miss our train!!

Positive points: Room was very big, 2 showers and separate toilet room. Very nice amenities.

Review: Located at a relatively less tourist-busy area of Myeongdong. Room is clean and spacious with a balcony. Just a bit far from the main Myeongdong shopping streets.

Review: Conveniently located between 3 subway lines and 2 airport limousine stops.nnWalkable to Myeongdong (~20mins).nConvenience stores and food relatively nearby.nnWe lucked out and got a room just next to the water dispenser (which is on every floor).nnOur room also had a balcony with a view of Namsan tower which was nice. Room size is big for Seoul (we had three people, 2 full size luggages and 1 cabin luggage and still had just enough space to walk.)nnHad onsite self-service laundry and dryer which was a plus after K-bbq.nnOnly small negative was that the room furnishing was a little bit dated (but still relatively well maintained). If they refurnish it would be perfect.

Positive points: Well-lit, comfortable and clean rooms.

Review: Not the first time staying Hotel PJ.nMy first time back to PJ after Covid.nShuttle bus timing has shortened but we can’t stand is the aircon which shut off at 4am and only fans blowing. Asked the staff and they mentioned is auto timing shutdown.. is end May and Seoul is so hot in some days.. the lobby is cooler than our room

Positive points: Breakfast was delicious.

Review: Stayed in the modern triple room, which had three single beds, a bathtub, balcony, mini bar was free of charge, there's even an LG styler in the room which was great after kbbq etc. The corridor had a microwave, water dispenser and ice dispenser. The hotel had double security as you have to tap your card to go into the corridor too. Overall was very impressed with the facilities and the attention to detail in this hotel!

Positive points: A little walk both ways to catch public transportation.

Review: The location is quite accessible via metro. It’s off the main road, but got 2 metro station nearby. The space in the hotel room is very spacious as compared to other newer hotels in Seoul. Shuttle bus to airport is near. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Positive points: There’s a WOWPASS machine in the lobby, making it very convenient to withdraw cash or top up the card. Also location was great, and it also provides a shuttle bus to some nearby tourist spots! So we’ll say it quite convincingly. Also, the staff who helped us with our luggage on the ground floor was so nice.

Review: We chose to book this hotel again because it is near to 2 Subway lines and the room is quite spacious. It also provides free shuttle bus to Subway Station and Myeongdong.nNot all the staff can understand English well, we asked for luggage chair, they kept pointing us to their luggage room as they thought we wanted luggage check, ie check luggage weight.nWe asked for extra pillows and were shocked to know that they are chargeable. But we could request for electric fan.

Positive points: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel shuttle was convenient for getting to Myeongdong.

Review: -Accessible to 3 train stationsnn-Only cons is the housekeeper did not remove the hair that block the drainage system, handling water flood from toilet to the dry arean-we fix and clean up ourselvesn

Positive points: The location is so good! Very close to subway station, and a quick walk to the heart of Myeongdong.nWe also needed to print a few documents for our trip to Busan and there was a business center free service on the 8th floor, super practical! The gym is also free of charge! All in all, super nice stay!

Review: passable, but unlikely to book again unless aircon is fixed. Room was very warm. Was provided with a fan when we feedback on how warm the room was, however unable to oscillate fan so room felt stuffy at times. nnThat being said, location was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free luggage storage as well.

Positive points: Great centralized location and reasonable room pricing.
