Review: Location is great. Staff was not very friendly.
Positive points: very near the bus service to airport the mall

Review: Everything was perfect
Positive points: Hotel room was clean, functional and modern. It was very close big malls, metro station and some major attractions.
Negative points: We couldn't find a controller of floor heating system. Actually, it was behind the bed frame.
Review: Overall I was impressed with this hotel. I travelled for both business at the coex and pleasure. Clean, tidy and functional. Easy access to COEX and Starfield Mall.

Negative points: No toothbrushes, no sigarette area outside, aricon doesn't have fan mode. So when it is it is too cold.

Review: A short walk to the COEX convention and the AirPort Express bus terminal is just opposite the hotel. There is a 7-11 and McDonald’s next to the hotel. Hyundai Department Store is also opposite the hotel. Samseong Station is 5-10 minutes from the Hotel. Staff are friendly.
Positive points: Location. Bathroom.
Negative points: Hair on the bedsheets. You could hear everything, even vibrations, in the next room. View was meh. Bit expensive for the value.

Positive points: Location is great as it is very near to Department Stores and Bus/Subway stations. Room is very clean and bed was very comfortable. I really love the hotel and highly recommend and I plan to stay again there.
Negative points: I didn't like shampoo there, it feels and smells like it is same as a body wash :) rnSo I recommend to bring your own hair care.
Review: Bus to airport is just right opposite, close to coex mall and subway. Room is clean as well, great if you are only spending little days in Seoul
