Positive points: I loved how reachable location of hotel

Positive points: I selected the property as the advert advised they could provide useful Tour information. This is -NOT - the case and is a Con!. The receptionist also hardly can communicate.. requiring extensive use of Google Translate. nnThe Room lacked - Toilet Paper, Drinking Water. The bathroom has degraded plumbing -the Tap handle fell off. The Sink has no running water, the shower is a cold water shower and sprays water all around the tiny shower/ toilet area. nnI do not recommend this property -mainly because the management is careless and never sorted the issues described above which are not difficult to address - I have the impression the management & owners can provide a mediocre sub standard service .. simply as they can get away with it with impunity. I was surprised by the many positive reviews about this Property which makes me wonder about credibility of Booking.Com:( .. The Lesson is do not be fooled by positive reviews..
