Positive points: The hotel is set in the hills above Air Manis in beautifully maintained gardens created in the jungle. The rooms are set into the hillside and fashioned in wood. Each room has a balcony where you can sit to enjoy the setting sun. The restaurant/common area is open enjoying spectacular views of the sea and the gardens. Breakfast is basic but good. The staff are truly excellent. We had the best service we have enjoyed at any hotel on our travels so far. Herwin and Rivaldi were brilliant.

Positive points: My stay at Air Manis Hillside Villa was truly delightful. The natural beauty surrounding the villa, with its lush gardens and stunning sea views, made for a serene and relaxing experience. The villa itself blends seamlessly with the environment, creating a peaceful retreat.nnA special mention to the staffs - Herwin, Rivaldi, and Andika who made the stay even more memorable. They were friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for.nnOne suggestion for improvement would be to trim or remove some of the bushes that currently obscure parts of the sea view. Doing so would enhance the overall experience and allow guests to enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings.nnIf you're looking for a getaway that combines nature, comfort, and excellent service, Air Manis Hillside Villa is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Positive points: The location has a great view over the sea, and friendly staff ensured I had a selection of delicious fruits to eat each morning with breakfast. They also have a selection of fruit juices and smoothies, and sometimes recommend what might work better depending on the fruit selection. Herwin Hasan in particular was willing to go above and beyond by helping me out with taxi bookings when I had a glitch with my mobile data, and was attentive to my every need during my stay. This included arranging a massage service and lending me his mobile phone charger. It felt like I was staying with family :)

Positive points: I decided to stay a second time at this beautiful hotel because of the great service, staff and food. A special thanks to Rivaldi and Herwin for always being so kind. I highly recommend staying here🌴☀️
