Positive points: Good price and good location. Close to the beach and nearby shops. Easy to walk to other parts of the city.

Positive points: Very friendly staff, location close to My Khe Beach. Restaurants, bars, shops, ATM around the corner. Nevertheless the room was not noisy at all.

Negative points: The floor could be cleaner in room and bath.

Review: One of the caretaker speaks good English. The location was not great as the street is very narrow for a cab to arrive and leave. They have motorcycled for rent which is good. Near to beach and many restaurants and spas. Not the best stay, but a budget stay for 1 day.
