3.0 Trip assistance to Bali was excellent. The room was bad. - Karen 10-04-2025

Positive points: We booked a room, but when we arrived the room was not available, so we were moved to another homestay. The room was ok, but the smell of the toilet was disgusting, an strong sewage smell, we could barely sleep because of the smell, we did not even want to take a shower. It was already late so we did not moved to another location until the day after. Lidiya arranged all transport and ferry to Bali. That assistance was perfect and drivers very responsible.

Negative points: Being move to a place that we did not book.
