Positive points: Everything was nice. We had a little problem with the door in the room, but Ana was so quick to resolve it.nThe communication is reliable!nnWe booked a sharing Ijen tour with them, and it was amazing!

Positive points: A clean, comfortable room with great amenities.nAna was a wonderful host, very helpful and accommodating.nA good location for exploring.nWe added a delicious breakfast one day cooked by Ana.nMy highlight was the gorgeous kitten who greeted us every day.

Positive points: Absolute gem, very clean and modern place, with a fantastic host, that helped us organize one of the most unique experiences (Ijen Midnight Tour). Which ended up being cheaper than everything we could find on the internet, with pickup from our room. In addition to this she also gave us some great advice/recommendations for places to eat, and other things to experience while staying in Banyuwangi.nnThe people in the neighborhood are very kind.nnAlso super affordable, which is a great bonus. Honestly amazed that this quality of service and rooms can be found at this price.

Positive points: We had a lovely time, Ana was so kind and helpful. She helped us arrange our trip to Ijen, and was very accommodating with our very late check in. The room was great, with good water pressure and hot shower.

Positive points: I had a great 1 night stay at Robiu — it's about 40 minutes from the Ferry harbour and 15 to the railway station, so quite well located. It's located in a residential area but there are a bunch of eateries and cafes within a 1km radius. rnrnThe room was clean, modern, and aesthetic. There's a common area with a kitchen too! rnrnAna, who manages the property was extremely friendly and helpful. She shared a list of places of interest and restaurants around the area with their map link which was very useful.

Positive points: The host offered us full package including transfer ex. Bali island to their homestay and vice versa, plus the tour to kawah ijen volcano.nThe host and staffs are very nice and supportive.nDefinitely good value of money overall.

Review: The water stopped working, the wifi was not working. The host disturbed us many times to get the wifi fixed, I don’t know why anyone would keep the wifi for the whole hotel in one guest room. There was a cat that was constantly trying to get into the room and jump on our food, even after requesting them to take it away, they didn’t. The utensils in the kitchen were not clean at all. The bathroom was dirty and the sink used to stop water from flowing through. Over all, bad experience.

Review: Based on previous reviews I was hopeful. We got free pickup. We were put in one room that didn’t have hot water, the owner said the driver put us in the wrong room so we switched, but I don’t believe that since that room had towels and the other one didn’t. The hygiene of the first room was terrible, the second was a bit better. The door doesn’t close all the way so they give you a mosquito device which takes up the only free socket, you either lose the TV or the wifi. If you have more than 1 thing to charge sucks to be you. The towels were terrible, soft but terrible at actually drying you. We booked a tour over them to the volcano, the gas masks they gave us didn’t work at all. The owner was very nice and the driver as well, but that’s it.
