Positive points: We travelled as an extended family of 9 people, stayed 4 nights over Christmas 2024. The villa is beautifully designed and has a real wow factor to it. Location was great for us - out of the touristy area but only a short taxi ride or 15 minute walk into the Old Town. Mai was an awesome host, always available to answer questions and help arrange taxis, in-house massages, activities, etc. Food at the villa prepared by Mai and her team was amazing. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. Would definitely recommend and we hope to revisit one day.

Positive points: Beautiful little villa lots of room for the extended family. Mai and her family were beautiful so friendly and helpful we were given beautiful fresh rolls when we arrived that evening and had breakfast made each morning for us. Highly recommend this villa.

Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay at Hoianoi Villa! We were a large family group and we had the entire villa to ourselves. The villa is fabulous, lots of levels with lovely break out spaces, aircon and bathrooms in every room.
There is a great little pool and a lovely big kitchen/dining area to get together. We could walk to the Old Quarter in around 15 minutes, or there are lots of taxi’s and it’s just a quick trip across the river. Mai and her family were wonderful, it really feels like you are experiencing Vietnam. We had breakfast prepared for us every morning and Mai went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She recommended restaurants for us and booked them in advance. We all just loved it! Thank you so much Mai and family!

Positive points: Beautifully designed spaces, and lovely and helpful hosts. Possible to book the entire villa for our extended family.

Positive points: Delicious noodle soups and Banh Mi organised for breakfast. Mai was an outstanding host that went above and beyond any requests and tours. Highly recommended!
