Review: The only disadvantage is there is no lift in the hotel other than that no complains..... Decent hotel for the price

Review: Nice hotel near Hoi An Old Town. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good (I enjoyed fresh made pan cakes, fried eggs and noodle soup). The rooms we had had no window, that's why I only gave 4 stars as we missed the fresh air.

Review: Very accommodating staff, although make sure you check before doing any plans with staff as they are very accommodating and will sort it so dont put them out, the fridge in the room is a mini bar so beware of these charges. Lovely place to stay

Review: The staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. We had a street-facing room, and it got a little noisy on Saturday night... But only till 10 or 11... That was the only thing that wasn't great. The location is off the main streets, but it was easy and quick to walk basically anywhere we wanted to in the area.

Loved Hoi An and loved the Hoi An Pho Library Hotel! Thanks for a wonderful 5 days! :)

Positive points: very good, we really like this hotel as it is within walking distance to Hoi An market and the main river with floating lantern boat. Staffs were very friendly

Review: Initially, I only planned to stay for one night, but due to the wonderful staff and excellent services like motorcycle rental and airport transfers, I decided to extend my stay. The prices are comparable to or even lower than the market rate. The location is right in the tourist center, just a few steps away from notable attractions. Overall, the amenities and service rates are completely deserving. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Review: The lovely design room, close to the old town, makes it very convenient to move around, whether walking or cycling to the old town, with friendly and enthusiastic staff.

Positive points: Being close to the Old Town is a definite positive, a short walk and you're in the middle of the action. The room was alright, as expected. The breakfast had little options, leaving us to explore out after the first morning. The staff was welcoming, always smiling, offering good recommendations when asked.

Review: Not that far from the old town. Located great. Staff was nice and helpful. They helped arranged a taxi ride very early in the morning. Rooms were super clean and nice. Books everywhere in the lobby so that was great if you’re a reader like me.

Positive points: Room was so nice, we had one without a window but decor was lovely and we didn't notice. Liked the mosquito nets around the bed. Good bathroom facilities. Staff were super helpful, booked us taxis for our stay and provided recommendations of places to go. Pool area was also very nice. Staff go above and beyond to help, they had booked us a visit to marble mountain on our way to the airport but cancelled it for us when the weather was unsafe and instead pushed out check out back an hour so we could relax in our room. Also when we missed breakfast by 1 minute they stayed and made sure we got some food, very greatful!
