Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa

Review: Such a nice hotel with some warm vibes. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! They made us feel comfortable so thank you a lot for that.
Everything was tasty in the breakfast buffet ! The spa also was nice.
I booked a villa with the access to the theme park, but it wasn’t interesting as the show is not included. So we booked again the ticket from the reception and those tickets included as well the park.
The show was really interesting and nice, but we weren’t lucky enough as it was a rainy day. And honestly they do need to invest in some rooftop to make the client comfortable while watching the show.

Positive points: Loved everything about this hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff, very clean, lovely facilities. Everything was perfect.

Positive points: Very friendly staff who were always happy to help. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Nice clean cot was also given for our 1 year old. Bikes were able to use and baby seat was also available. Helped us organise your to Ba Na Hills & recommended reliable tailor also. Close to the old town, probably about 20min walk, but a grab was very reasonably priced also.

Review: We stayed here for 3 nights recently with two rooms.
The property infrastructure is good with good view and room sizes also nice.
However it comes with many restrictions like it’s at off location with limited (only 2 shuttles one at 9:30 and second at 2:30 pm) to old town and it’s not very far but take 20-25 mins to reach by walking and pathway is not good by walking. So one time walk is ok but all the remaining times we had to hire cab to move Town.
Kitchen is closed at 9:30 pm and they have a policy that you can eat anything from outside so if you want to eat anything after 9:30 pm, you are in challenging situation.
Breakfast was good but lunch/dinner venue choices are very limited and one of the dish we have had on lunch was not cooked properly.
Spa last entry is at 4:15 pm as they closed by 6 pm so we could use due to time.
They have theme park which is nice to walk but their eating option is not good so every time we ended up eating in Town only.
There was also communication gap between manager and front desk (on gym facility)
The manager helped few times but I would not come back here again as there are plenty of better options

Positive points: I enjoyed seeing how beautiful the resort was and well maintained. A calm tranquil area to come back to. The bikes and airport transfer were wonderful

Review: Perfect

Positive points: This is an excellent resort, spotlessly clean, stylish, and walking distance to the the UNESCO protected old city of Hoi An. We had a big room overlooking the river. We could watch the little boats with colorful lanterns passing by from our balcony. This was an amazing scene to experience and it will be the one of the first things that will come to our minds whenever we think of this resort, and our time there. The breakfast was great too. We loved the freshly baked banana and coconut cakes! We spent one of our days relaxing by the pool, which was wonderful. In summary, we had the most restful and enjoyable days of our Vietnam trip at this resort and in this town. Both are highly recommended.

Review: There is no better place to stay while visiting Hoi An. Been here twice. And always the right choice.
