Review: My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained. Overall highly recommended choice!
Positive points: Clean, friendly staff from front desk, housekeeping and service team at the restaurants.
Negative points:
The lounge had minimum breakfast options - no hot food. But we didn’t mind since we dined at the lounge when we needed some peace on some mornings.
The pillows were too soft despite stacking two. We were told that they don’t provide firmer pillows (means no pillow option). We didn’t get much of good sleep throughout the stay.
Review: Room layout makes me comfortable and feel like a home.
Positive points:
What I like the most about Hilton was their interiors and room’s decoration.
Staffs were nice, they were very fast with room service and very responsive. From my room I can view both Han River and the sea, which is truly unique.
There were few little issues with the socket and the water drain in my room but I believe they will fix that soon for the next guest.
If you looking for a spectacular view of Da Nang city day and night, plus river and the sea, Hilton is the top choice.
Negative points: Nothing.
Review: Relatively new facility with a great breakfast selctions.it was a cozy and home atmosphiere in a foreign country.
Positive points: Good view over Han River with easy access into the town and tourist amenities including several good restaurants within a 10- min stroll.
Negative points: Nothing. Great value establishment with excellent personnel.
Review: We stayed in Hilton for 9 nights and really enjoyed our trip. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants, cafe and local attractions near by in walking distance. Stunning river view. And the staff went out of their way to take care of you. Well done Hilton Da nang, will definitely come back

Negative points:
1. Choice of vegetarian breakfast could be better
2. The acoustics of the room was not good. We could hear revving sounds of the cars & bikes on the 7th floor, particularly from the bathroom area.
