Negative points: Please see the photos. The room was very dirty, mould on the wall, dirt on the floor and a fan. A lot of moths on the walls. Cockroaches at night, they are very big and we can hear their walking sounds. The room was cheap but definitely not worth it.
Positive points: The location is good .Only 10 minutes walk to the beach
Negative points:
I stayed 4 nights and never saw anyone at reception. No one cleaned or serviced my room.
The floors were filthy, the shower drain blocked, bugs all around the ceiling, and it looked like no cleaning was done before I arrived. I would never stay there again. There were cockroachs in the room.
Review: The bathroom doesn't drain water when showering, the room has a TV but no remote, when the staff brought the remote, it couldn't be pressed, the staff's attitude was very enthusiastic and friendly, overall everything was fine except for the bathroom.
Review: Better communication as we booked a tour before arriving and no one could confirm or explain. Aldo at checkout it seemed like they had never used a debit terminal before so it took over 35mins to complete the payment at checkout. The room was big and a good value if you have four people but that was really the only positive. Location was Ok but Very noisy

Location is a bit far from city. Need to cross bridge. Walk to beach is not far.

There is smell when first in room, I think is because room have no windows.

Drinking bottle water is chargeable for 10000 d per bottle.
Bed are soft, blanket is okay not perfect. Pillow is soft.
Hair dryer is included.
Wall plug is two flat pin type.
Daily cleaning included.

Review: Khách sạn tệ. Đã đặt phòng nhưng khi tới nhận phòng thì bảo là ko nhận được mã book phòng. Trong khi đó trước ngày nhận phòng 2 ngày mình có gửi mail thì khách sạn vẫn trả lời mail rất bình thường. Khi tới khách sạn thì nhân viên lại bảo là chắc là do chủ cũ rep mail.

Negative points: Khi nhận phòng phải đổi sang phòng khác đến 3 lần , phòng vệ sinh rất bẩn, sàn nhà còn bụi bẩn , chăn ga bị rách phòng nói chung không được dọn kĩ . Các trang thiết bị đã xuống cấp .
