Review: Very clean and a great location

Positive points: We stayed for three weeeks. Very good location near the beach. 30 walk to big shopping mall Vincom. 7-10 min walk to a kids playground. A lot of restaurants in a walking distance. We didn't hear other guests. Maybe we were lucky with guests, maybe it's good soundproofing. A couple days we had mosquitos in our room. The rest of our stay we used AC and didn't open windows when it was dark. A big appartment, with a separate sleeping room. Very good for staying with an infant. Baby stroller friendly hotel.
We stayed in an appart-t on the top (5th) floor. And we spend one night in the appart-t with a sea view on the top floor. The sea view is great, but we loved another room more. The sea view room is under the sunlight and becomes hot very quickly. The sea view room is a little smaller and there are no shelves in a tall dresser.
Mostly quiet neibourhood. Good neibourhood for walking, low traffic. Unfortunately, you can see rats in the streets (it's not the only location with rats in the city).
We were there in January. It was cold to use the pool. And the water in the pool was cold.

Review: The location of the hotel is just a few minutes away from downtown via Grab Bike which is cheap! It’s also located in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff are also amazing, given the language barrier, I had quite good conversations with them. Will come back here!

Review: hạng phòng đã đặt xuống cấp, giường gãy, nước nóng quá nóng không điều chỉnh được nhiệt, tường ẩm, phòng có mùi mốc. Buộc phải trả thêm tiền để nâng hạng phòng cao hơn. Nhân viên dọn phòng không thay ga giường hàng ngày. Vị trí gần biển ok, nhìn chung giá rẻ nên khó có thể yêu cầu cao. Đã ở khách sạn này nhiều lần nhưng trải nghiệm lần này tệ.

Positive points: Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They also gave me a free room uprade for the two days I stayed there.

Positive points: The pool the bed and room was large value for money

Review: El hotel haka tiene un ambiente sencillo, con servicios adecuados y habitaciones espaciosas, la amplia terraza del rooftop y piscina pequeña son ideales tras un día de calor, el personal es muy agradable y servicial.

Positive points: Very good value for the price, towels were changed every day, staff at the reception were very nice. We rented a motorbike for around 5e per day and were able to park it in the garage. Location is good if you rent a motor bike (or at least bikes), if you go by foot you would not be able to check best parts of the beach. There is a sweet pool on the top, the mattress on the chair a bit dirty, but I assume it is normal since it stays there while raining. Overall we had great time in Da Nang and the only reason why we wouldn’t rate is as a 10 is described below. Normally we would, but due to several smaller reasons, there is some room for improvement ☺️

Positive points: Cute hotel in a great location close to the beach and the town. They loaned us push bikes and we rented bikes no issue at all. Had a great stay and lovely staff. Pool area was great.

Review: It’s my second time staying in this hotel. It’s 6 mins walk to a halal restaurant, 10 mins walk to the beach, there’s minimart and cafe just 2 mins walk from hotel. Clean and spacious room. The front desk are helpful and polite too.

Review: Our experience with Haka Hotel and Apartment was great overall. We loved our family room. It was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We would have extended our stay if their restaurant was operating.

The one thing is that we arrived in Da Nang very late at night due to our flight being delayed. We let the hotel know about our delay and the new arrival time because we had arranged their pick up service. However, there was no shuttle when we arrived at the airport. It must have been a miscommunication. It would have been helpful with our small children if we had a shuttle waiting for us and we were all exhausted.
