Review: Căn hộ trong ngõ nhỏ nhưng gần biển và gần quán ăn, khá thuận tiện. Có máy giặt là một điểm cộng. Nếu tầng 1 cải thiện lại cho sáng sủa hơn thì sẽ ok hơn.

Positive points: Nice, new and very functional unit with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Host is wonderful. Close to the beach.

Review: I lived there like in home, the studio is very cozy, the location is just 200 meters from the beach, everything near, but it's completely silent in the room, which I loved the most in Vietnam ❤️

BE CAREFUL in Vietnam when reading reviews, there seem to be fake reviews alll over the place in Booking and Google, for accommodation and restaurants. We've seen this often.

Location was very good, close to the sea. The apartment with balcony was spacious and renovated recently. The washing machine was working well and we used it.
It's cheap and with comfortable interior.

Positive points: Location was perfect - in a quiet lane and walkable to My Khe beach with many good restaurants, convenience shops and well-rated massages around. Host was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable, spacious and clean. I like that there was a washing machine in the toilet and the fridge was above average in size. Easy to call for Grab on the main street. Wonderful value for money.

Review: The room is modern and spacious, but the window faces a wall. There was no daily cleaning service. We requested our room to be cleaned, but they only changed the towels. The room was very damp, with a smell of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a leak under the sink, making the bathroom floor slippery. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment.

Good apartments, everything is clean. The rooms have their own kitchen with everything you need for cooking. If there is not, don't worry, the owner will get it for you. Also the rooms have their own bathrooms with a washing machine. Bikes are available for renting. Quiet neighbourhood. There are plenty of mini markets and restaurants nearby.
We always come back here, because we are certain that the quality of hospitality here at the top level.
