Positive points: The staff was very friendly and polite. She helped us call a laundry service and assisted with other things, which I really appreciated.
Negative points: The room wasn’t clean enough for me, as I consider myself a clean person with high standards. Some lights in our room weren’t working—I hope the owner fixes and maintains them soon. Also, there was no heater, so it felt quite cold in the winter.
Review: Great little hostel with personnel that goes out of their way to meet all your requirements and wishes. Tasty breakfast and lot of useful tips. An ideal place to start the Ha Giang loop as you can rent motorbike right in the hostel. The only downside was that our room didn't have a view because a recently build house next to our room was too tall and from our window we saw only bricks, but it was not really a problem since we checked-in really late and hit the road early in the morning :)
Positive points: Good hostel with great value for money. Nice and helpful staff. Basic breakfast is included.
Negative points: Unfortunately our room did not have a window and there was some moisture
Positive points: We got in Ha Giang at 2am and needed a place to go before starting our Ha Giang Loop trip. This was perfect as we were exausted from the trip, needing a place to sleep and shower before getting on the motos. Breakfast was also included. For this price, it was very very good!
Negative points: Nothing to mention
Positive points: We only stayed one night but found the room to be clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff were very kind and helpful and breakfast was included (banana pancakes). The location is super central and late check in is allowed If you arrive on a night bus.
Positive points: Such a welcoming hostel. The owners were so helpful and organised our Ha Giang Tour for us. Really friendly and helpful staff! Would stay here again!! Thank you so much!!

Positive points: I got a private room for the right after my Ha Giang Loop, was clean, air conditioned and very spacious. Would recommend!!
Negative points: Had to go up 3 flights of stairs which was tiring but not really an issue. Only issue was that I couldn’t unlock my door at one point, but eventually got it to open.
Positive points: I really loved that you can socialize with the other people. Management is super kind as well!
