Review: I had a three night reservation. After the first night, I had requested to get a change in room because the bed was so soft. The young lady at the front desk in the morning was fairly rude and said that all of the rooms were just like that. For some, it might be OK and prefer a soft bed, however not for me. I ended up leaving early and reserving another hotel.

Review: I didn't have any expectation before staying here. But now every time if I travel around Sungsoo, I would like to book here. Clean facilities and charming atmosphere. Above all, it doesn't look like a motel lol

Review: Really enjoyed staying here. Not too far from the nightlife in the area but far away enough that you can't hear it from your room. It's a little bit of a walk to/from the train station but the walk is easy and all on footpaths. Comfortable room overall and great location.

Review: This is a good hotel if you are budget cautious, location is close enough to the subway station and many cafes around the area! The standard room is good if you are looking for a good night sleep, washroom is attached conveniently, gym is in the basement floor, and there are other amenities, def enjoy the stay! Most importantly staff were friendly!

Be very careful about their check-in policy—on weekends, check-in time is at 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM, meaning you only get 12 hours! Nowhere during the booking process did they mention this ridiculous policy. When I asked about it, they claimed it was because they offer 4-hour stays—only God knows what kind of guests they are catering to.nnOther major issues:nnNo WiFi available in the room.nNo door separating the bathroom from the room—zero privacy!nFront desk staff couldn't speak English, making communication very difficult.nThis place is misleading and not worth the money. Absolutely not recommended. 🚫
