Review: It is a nice place to stay and good very good value to get a large room with balcony and pool etc
If I would complain about one thing it is the shower. There is a warning sticker in the room to say the shower takes time to heat as it is solar powered. This is true but for half of our stay it did not get hot at all and we had cold showers. Even when it worked it is such a fine spray that it is hard to wash with.
The room is a 20mins walk to start of main town though there are some coffee and restaurants nearby. Bicycle can be hired from the hotel for 30k/day.

Positive points: Very comfortable beds hot water nice and quiet and the staff are amazing and accommodating close walk to town

Review: I only booked to stay for 2 nights as I got a very good deal. I ended up staying for another two. The rooms were very big, spacious and clean. 2 queen beds in the room with 2 balconies. Also has a smart tv with Netflix and apps etc so if you want to have a relaxing night you’re in luck.
Nice swimming pool, it has a shallow end of 1m & deep end of 1.6m so it’s quiet good if your tall. Staff are very helpful, and are always keeping the place clean. They helped us book a lovely cooking class and it included the coconut boats and we had a blast. They also rent bicycles.
Location wise it’s about a 20 mins walk to the old town, you can walk by the river if you go across the road. Breakfast wasn’t included but you can buy if you want, it’s traditional Vietnamese breakfast.
Only thing about the place was the noise from the ducks and roosters next door. They seem to talk to each other at all hours of the day and night so if you’re a light sleeper you will definitely wake up. Overall though I give it a 10/10.

Positive points: The receptionist guy was not cooperative at all and not cheerful either. I enjoyed visiting Vietnam for 20 days but those two days were the worst during my trip. He always asked for money for any service even a bottle of water inside the room. He chose a very bad room for us, not clean at all, and the furniture was completely destroyed. There were also many spiders, ants and mosquitoes inside the room. There is also noise from the neighbors that prevents you from resting inside your room. I think if it weren’t for a lady at the reception named Hong, I would have left from the first day. She is unlike her colleague, always cooperative, cheerful and very helpful.

Review: Nơi nghỉ xa trung tâm. Đi xe điện vào phố Hội An hết 100k mỗi chiều. Nhà tắm thoát nước kém, tắm xong nước ko thoát, phải lội nước đi ra, ko có máy sấy tóc. Phòng 2 giường rộng, 2 ban công thoáng. Có bể bơi nhưng mùi thuốc tẩy nồng. Sáng khách phòng bên bật loa to và ồn, ảnh hưởng nghỉ ngơi.
