Review: The location is great, the bed is cozy, lots of hot water. The hosts are incredibly sweet, they just warm my heart.

Positive points: The family and especially the older couple are incredibly sweet! The location is a bit far away but the free bicycles are of great help to move around and is so nice to be close to the ricefields and the beach. The rural area is very nice too.

Positive points: Lovely homestay! My room was great, and the location was perfect. Nice and quiet, only a few minutes from the rice fields. Hanoi old quarter was only a 15 minute walk away.

The host family were so friendly, and happy to help me with anything.

Review: nhận phòng khác trên hình, nói lý do là phòng đặt bị hư nước nhưng không báo, đến nơi nhận phòng cũng không nói gì, đưa 1 phòng hoàn toàn khác. Mình đòi lên xem phòng mình đã đặt mà khách sạn báo hư nước thì phòng cũng không giống hình luôn, chỉ có 1 giường. (phòng mình đặt là 2 giường cho 3 người). Tệ. Thất vọng. Thu tiền trước lúc checkin, không nhận phòng vì không giống hình, thì bị phạt 80k.

Review: Amazing stay, amazing hosts, 6 nights was not enough! The location was perfect in between the beautiful beaches on one side and old town on the other. Everywhere is walkable but definitely use the free bikes to ride thru the vegetable gardens. Our hosts were the icing on the cake…………treated us as part of the family from the minute we arrived to the minute we left! Highly recommend this home stay to all………..the reviews do not lie:)

Positive points: For sure the best place I've stayed in Vietnam. The everything in the room was extremely excellent. The owners Nim and Hoa are so kind and lovely, and Jennie the receptionist always available and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hoi An this is the right place for sure

Positive points: [03:29, 14/11/2024] Robin: we didn't like Hoi an that much but the Homestay made it worth staying longer. the breakfast was astonishing and the fact that we got free bikes to use was really handy. the location is perfect, just outside the busy touristy area but between the beach and the city, in a quiet street.

Review: Friendly owner

Positive points: This is hidden gem in Hoi An. You have free use of bicycle (or you can rent a bike) comunication with Jessica was easy and she helped us a lot. They can arrange car from Da Nang (cheaper than Grab) and some trips around (Bahn Hills for example, for fair price) It is a homestay with the nicest host (elderly couple) that are friendly, they gave us raincoat when we arrived and was pouring rain before our room was ready and good freshly made breakfast (even vegetarian option)
