Positive points: convenietn location and some local restaurants nearby and there is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel , so no problem for eating by walking distance
the massage and oisen is good, particularly the hospitality from everyone in the spa

Positive points: The price was low and the room was spacious.

Negative points: We had dirt water running in our bathroom sink and toilet. It was really dirty. We end up using bottle water to wash our face and brush our teeth.

Review: Khách sạn tạm ổn về cơ sở vật chất nhưng nhân viên cần cải thiện thái độ phục vụ, không chuyên nghiệp. Ăn sáng thì lúc uống cafe ra bên ngoài hút thuốc thì nhân viên cản lại không cho đem ly ra khỏi phòng, mình xin ly giấy cũng không có. Chưa có ks nào như thế cả.

Positive points: Lovely green garden and pool, onsen hot bath and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Attentive and helpful staff and reception. Breakfast buffet was quite good, but not much variety. The room was large and has a comfy bed. Cleaning service.Decent price and good facilities.Laundry service, clean washing machines and dryer machines.

Negative points: The overall design of rooms is quite boring, I consider it as a business style, but adding a bit more bright colors would be a good refreshment. It wasn't bad, but could be better. The elevators are fairly old and slow. Wifi is slow and unstable, so I was unable to work. Gym needs impromevent. A tiny room is suitable for max 1 person, and one treadmill in working conditions.
