Positive points: Becoming common to have to wait for someone to arrive and bring keys which not really an issue but when its your first time a bit more direction would help. As this was our first time we were in the wrong block of the building.
Negative points: The apartments are nice however why basic repairs are not been done is a shame. An example the main bathroom glass shower door has slipped out of the hinges and can no longer close correctly you can very easy see the issue. The shower head in other bathroom room holder is broke not even $1 to replace, so need to hold shower head

Review: Room is kinda old type but its ok as per location but to be frank as per price and place its expensive or else its ok , not really good stay but no choice will have better option if host prepare some new and give same room as picture.
Positive points: The apartment is in a great location in district 4, very easy access to district 1 and the city centre but away from it being too busy. The bottom of the apartment has convenient stores and inside there's access to a simple gym and nice pool. I would just recommend it as some where to stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep and rest. The room has basic amenities and spacious for 2. Overall for what you pay for it was a fair price.
Review: I was waiting more than a hour to get the key+ pillow smelled people !arg !disgusting! the room ok but need some fresh paint forget the quick tcheck in , honestly for the price not so good at all.
Positive points: We had a great time here with the family. The views were amazing, and the location next to the mall was perfect for eating out

Positive points: The new location is near a lot of convenience stores and restaurants, as well as Landmark 81, making walking around a bit fun
Negative points: Moved to a different apartments building right at checkin. Then moved again to another apartment in the same building due to problems with the first. Both apartments missing multiple things. A/C keeps leaking water. No clothes hanger to dry clothes after washing them. Bathroom door open the wrong way( into a tiny standing bath, can barely fit a toddler).
Positive points: Swimming pool was actually nice.
Negative points: Oh boy, here we go. I have never given any rating below 6, but this one truely deserves this rating. The check-in was without a problem.(aside from the language barrier, but got around it using Google Translate). The moment we walked through the door, I have noticed problems with the room. The tv remote was smashed, sheets were definitely wasn't changed (bunch of long black hair were present) and it was dirty/had whiteish spots on it there was a huge crack on the floor (which I kept tripping). The couch by the window had black marks on it and it was extremely dusty. Bathroom was not clean either, and the tiles and faucets had (what I presume) black mold on it. The list goes on and on. The cherry on top was, I told there were no toilet paper and hand soap in the bathroom. When I asked it, I only got the toilet paper, and got the answer Sorry, there is no soap (via google translate of course. nI tried to upload the video I took of the room when I checked in, but booking doesn't allow video uploads.nTLDR: Try it at your own risk.
