Review: The owner was responsive. Place was nice and clean.
Positive points: I didn't like my first motel and went searching for a better one. This one was available, it had almost everything I needed and it was well priced too for three weeks n It is centrally located, so it's not far from most tourist places. It has a seven eleven, a pharmacy, 2 mini grocery stores and a restaurant all within the ground floor of the building. They offered to clean the apartment each week but I declined. I will definitely book there again.
Negative points: There weren't any tea towels, and there was no power point in the bedroom but they were aware and have supplied an extension lead.
Review: I only booked a studio, but the air conditioner was broken, so the landlord proactively changed me to a 2-bedroom room for 1 night without any extra charge. The staff was cheerful and enthusiastic! After the air conditioner was repaired, it still wasn't very cool if there was also a fan, it would be better! There are many convenience stores in the basement, and the security staff are friendly too. The location is close to the center, making it convenient to go anywhere! I will return to this place again!

Positive points: I feel comfortable staying here during my working time in HCM. Service and affordable price for us. The apartment is located close to center is District 1, so it's easy to transport and there are many restaurants and stores nearby.
