Haven Hut Riverside Hotel

Review: The hotel is quite clean, with new and fully equipped amenities however, the bed sheets and pillowcases inevitably have many stains. The receptionist who checked me in was super cute and automatically upgraded my room when there were vacancies. The housekeeping staff is also very enthusiastic and lovely. I will still choose Haven Hut at both locations.

Review: The hotel staff here, from the reception to the housekeeping, are very enthusiastic, and the rooms are clean with no complaints. But I would like to ask what the staff wearing blue shirts who sit at the entrance do. During the two days of check-in and check-out, I always saw them on their phones whenever I came here to relax, they seemed to be just on their phones 🥹. I still don't know what their job is, thank you, I will come back many times more.

Review: Bed sheets dirty, floor dirty, cups dirty plus staff was very unfriendly. Booked a room with city view gave me tiny room with no view. Asked to change the room due to how dirty it was, gave me the room next door. Which wasn't any better then the previous one. I was so frustrated with the quality of hygiene and tiredness for travelling. I ended up having a mental breakdown. While slept on a dirty bed to find insect crawling on my bed in the morning.nI thought I was being paranoid that was being beaten but there were bugs on the bed. How dirty the room has to be to have bugs in it? I ended up checking out 7 days earlier then the initial booking. I had to pay double the price to find another accommodation because of valentine's and lack of places being available. I've no words to express my frustration.

Review: First times stay here. And little far from district 1 bcz always traffic, but staff okay. Room clean, no smell.

Positive points: when I arrived at HCMC I always stay here! It's so wonderful comfortable &clean room , very nice staff and good location you can walk around hotel to enjoy the street food of Vietnam.

Review: This hotel is located in District 4 but is conveniently close to the city center—just a 10-minute drive away. However, there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, but daily room service is not provided. It is a good choice for a mid-range hotel.

Review: My second experience was better than the first, everything went more smoothly, the room was cleaner and more organized, the reception staff in both shifts and the housekeeping staff were also more professional and attentive. If I have the chance, I will book here again.

Review: Overall, it's acceptable for the price I'm paying at this time, but there are a few things to note:n- Although I noted to change the bed sheets, when I checked in, there was still hair on the bed, the room had a damp smell upon entering, and I had to wait outside for the room to be changed and cleaned.n- The toilet has not been cleaned or was not thoroughly cleaned, as there are still stains in the bowl.n- Housekeeping staff needs to be more professional when dealing with guests.nThe hotel is quite new, but the walls in the room are very smudged.nThe soundproofing is not very good, but for this price, it's reasonable.nThe reception staff is enthusiastic and polite.
