Golden Sun 8 Hotel - District 7

Review: わりと新しいホテルで、外装も部屋も綺麗でした。新年をホーチミンで迎えたのですが、マニラの様な打ち上げ花火や爆竹の騒々しさは無く、静かに過ごせました。元日もお店等は開いていました。近くに1時間50,000ドンで泳げるプールが有り、娘と楽しみました。朝食は、レストランが無いので、1回のフロント横のロビーで食べました。選ぶのではなく、フォーやバインミーのベトナム料理が出ます。まあまあおいしかったです。近くのサークルKの前で売っている屋台のバインミーも25,000ドンでおいしかったです。このホテル滞在する方、是非行ってみてください。AEONも近くにあり、お弁当屋、果物が安く、たまに30％割引のシールが貼ってあり、日本のAEONと変わらなかったです。

Review: The room is beautiful and luxurious, worth the price. I have stayed at many other hotels in this area, but the room here is very clean and spacious. The staff is professional and friendly.

Review: Their ad on Agoda says Deluxe room with a private balcony. However, they don’t have any rooms with a balcony at all. “The private balcony” they referred to is a sliding door/window but no actual balcony. When I told the staff about it and explained the situation to him. He said he will tell his manager but his manager is only available the next day at 9:00pm.

Through my stay the room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t changed, when I asked them why they said I didn’t put the clean up room sign on the door handle but there wasn’t one in the room in first place!

The location is good.

At night you can hear music from the bar next door.

Review: The hotel is old, not newly built, newly renovated but still looks very old, the room smells bad and musty.
