Review: Location is not really conviet. Few little places to eat An cafe for breakfast n coffee loved it. Little bakery across had Bahn mi buns
Hotel allows people to smoke in the hallway with the window open. Not very clean. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Positive points: Fantastic place to stay, great value for money, very comfortable bed, huge room, modern clean room & best value for money I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend. Room cleaned daily, change of towels daily, just excellent service & attention to detail

Negative points: Need a water filling stn so can avoid using plastic bottles

Positive points: The staff were exceptional, they were helpful and friendly. There were other guests on our floor making lots of noise and the staff came and handled it. The room itself was very nice especially for the price. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure and temperature were perfect. We got clean towels everyday. The beds were really comfy too.

Review: Overall, value for money is good. Very affordable. But the room is kinda old. And not clean enough. Not pleasing. Staff not friendly. No bell boy, no assistance from the staff. You need to carry all your luggage by yourself! And u have to take stairs to reached the lounge area. This hotel need to train their staff badly. Poor service.

Positive points: good bathroom and bedroom size

Negative points: there was a door in our room that led to the next room. There was a small lock that did NOT work and left the door OPEN, without locking, allowing the person from the next room to enter our room at any time, taking away all our privacy, peace and quiet. We reported this to the hotel at the same time as asking them to lock the door, but this was NOT done and the door remained open during our stay.

Positive points: Location was amazing. Staff allowed us to leave our backpacks so we could still walk around whilst waiting for our bus to the next destination in the evening

Positive points: Big and spacious room, all furniture and facilities feel new and renovated

Negative points: There's a transparent window (fully transparent, not even blurred) from the bedroom to the bathroom, with a courtain *from the room's side*.
I never understood this weird design and never will
