Golden Line Danang Hotel

Review: This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Golden Line hotel and both times I’ve had an amazing experience. It’s a nice quiet hotel. The rooms have good aircon, and are well planned. The pool is a decent size and deep enough to get a proper swim. The breakfast had an ok selection however it would be good if they had yoghurt. The staff aren’t super-friendly but are professional nonetheless. I felt they were trustworthy especially helping us locate a piece of jewellery we accidentally left in the room. Downsides were that they don’t a feedback form for guests to complete. This would help them improve the level of service. I was in room 402 and the bathroom ventilation fan wasn’t working properly. Also the hand shower header holder needed fixing as it was held together with a cable tie. The window seal is due for a replacement. I’m guessing this is the same for all rooms. However, the city facing rooms (on the opposite side of the ocean) are on a quiet street as there is a car/bus park on the other side of the road. The reception had some nice couches and arm chairs. However it could get quite busy. It would be good if they put another couch and arm chairs on the other side of the reception where they currently have a decoration.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

Review: Hotel was better then expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not sure about the tub shower with no shower curtain works good just gets things a little wet.

Review: Location is great all pickup n drop points are on walking distance, bike rental is provided and hassel free, only thing i felt as vegetarian is breakfast very limited options, else all good

Positive points: This is a good hotel with friendly and informative staff, all of the facilities are nice except the pool area.

Also a group of men sit outside the Hotel front door, smoking and gambling. This really is a bad impression for the hotel, especially for when new customers arrive it is the first thing they see.

Review: Rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, staff are always friendly. The cleanliness is a little off but not egregious. Just needs a little dusting and deep clean around the furniture. The breakfast is really pleasant
