Positive points: It is located right next to the beach, and there are plenty of things to enjoy in the surrounding area for families. The location is excellent, and the building itself is outstanding. Optional facilities such as the fitness center, rooftop bar, and spa are also fantastic. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable.
Positive points: Our family had a wonderful stay in this seaview apartment—the views from both the room and the rooftop pool were mesmerizing, and the host was always quick to respond. The location was fantastic and we felt very safe throughout our stay.
Negative points: Nothing everything was fine.
Positive points: The apartment is directly in front of My Khe Beach, making it convenient for getting around. We plan to stay here again next time we visit Da Nang.

Positive points: The apartment sits directly in front of My Khe Beach, offering convenient access to anywhere in the area. It’s also spotlessly clean, and we’ll definitely choose it again on our next visit to Da Nang.

Swimming pool access at an additional cost, it was too cold to swim anyway (January 11-14) but be wary of that when booking.
Positive points: The location of the room is ideal for spending days on the beach. You have clear sea views from most of the rooms. The swimming pool on thr top floor is lovely and is a nice rest when you want to swim.
Negative points: The house is a little more musty than it appears in the pictures. It'd be ideal for a deap clean to give it a refresh.
Positive points: The apartment is situated opposite of the beach. Very nice location. The place itself is very nice and clean. No complaints. The elevator could be a little faster but else its was a great experience. We give 9/10 because nothing is ever a 10 ...
