Negative points: I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights during a business trip, and unfortunately, I experienced bedbug bites during my stay. I developed multiple bites on both arms. In response, the hotel moved me to another room of the same type, called pest control, and reimbursed me for a doctor’s visit and medication.rnrnWhile they later confirmed that no bedbugs were found in either room, I ultimately had to dispose of most of my clothing out of caution. I appreciate the steps the hotel took, but I believe the situation could have been handled with more attentiveness and care, particularly given the inconvenience and stress caused. I hope this feedback will help improve how similar situations are managed in the future.
Review: We enjoy our 6 days stay at Four Points Sheraton
Positive points: Near the bus lines. nnRoomy with a nice view, comfortable bed. Hotel was close to all the places on my itinerary.nnLoved the water filter. Liked the separate room for the toilet. Lots of desk space.
Negative points: Shower kept splashing outside.

Positive points: I always stay here when I visit Korea. Staff are quick to respond and provide prompt and professional service. The bed is super comfy, and the room stays clean. Tried out a different hotel for a day but ended up returning here.
Negative points: During my 17 days stay, there was only one day when the cleaning staff did not do proper cleaning. It wasn't the hotel's fault as they contract third party company for training and sending cleaning staff.

Review: 10 mins walk from Garosugil, 15-20 mins walk from Dosan, have 7 eleven & CU nearby. Best!

Negative points: the particular room we got was facing the main road, so it was quite loud in the late night.

Review: I would like to express my disappointment during my breakfast buffet time. I am going the trip by myself. When I was having to fill in my milk and soup, the waitress has cleared up all my taken food without my consent with an unpleasant attitude. I was feeling dissatisfied as I got a feeling they only want to finish the breakfast session and then go off work which caused me no mood to continue my breakfast. Furthermore, as the time was around 945am, the breakfast session will end around 10am. It is nearly impossible to obtain the food since most of the food tray is empty and not going to refill. I think it is not good service and very rude to me, when I was asking for an explanation, I just got an answer which the employee is a trainee and I should overcome it. Overall. I felt very dissatisfied with their service with this terrible experience.
Positive points: Rooms, decor, friendly and efficient staff, lots of privacy, above average location.
Negative points: Sunday buffet lunch was average, but expensive- the most expensive we ate in Seoul. A location closer to the metro would have been nice, but the hotel remains excellent value for the location.
Review: the aircon is not working properly wer sweating every night
Positive points: The location was still a very nice central location. Keep in mind that Seoul is a very large city, but this location still puts you about 30-40mins on bus or metro to other locations. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so friendly.
