Positive points: First time I was scared when seeing the limited parking lot, but the hotel staff directly welcome us for the free vallet service. They also taken back quickly our vehicle when we want to depart from hotel.nnThe check-in proccess was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. There so many HD TV channels which made my kids feel happy to stay. The free wifi facility has a fast connection speed.nnI also like the restaurant layout with high ceiling and spacious environment. The breakfast menu was quite good and affordable.nnIts only 15-20 minutes drive to Batu and 20 minutes drive to downtown Malang. The location is easy to find and there are many stores and restaurants/cafe within 200 meters from the hotel.
Negative points: In certain time especially afternoon to dusk, the road becomes crowded and traffic congestion near hotel usually happens. There was no hairdryer and refrigerator in the room. I was complaining about the phone at room 206, but it was not rectified until I departed from the hotel.
Review: I stayed two nights and have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was good, and everything was also good.
Positive points: We have now stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times.rnThat fact along should tell you that we have never had any problems stayingrnat this hotel.rnI'm sure we will stay here again the next time we are in Malang.
Negative points: Can't say we had any problems with our stay.rnPrice was a little higher than usual, maybe because it was a May holiday day.
Review: I asked for twin bed, but for some rooms they ran out of twin bed room. Otherwise the staff is useful and friendly. They provide us with a water gallon outside so we can make something to drink at our room. Definetly will book again.

Negative points: Check in time should be 15.00 but the room is ready at about 16.30. Very dissappointing. No compensation for me
Review: Layanan, kebersihan, fasilitas, lokasi baik. Parking lot terbatas, ttp ada petugas valet yg bantu memarkirkan mobil.
Positive points: The hotel has 3 adults room. Also the location is between Malang and batu so close to all Jatim Parks
Negative points: My sisters got room with bedsheets with stool smear on it … very bad. I don’t think I will coming back again. Breakfast is good.
Review: Very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant. But this must be the only favehotel that doesn't have an in-house massage therapist (spa).
Positive points: Staff were friendly & breakfast was various.
Negative points: We requested non smoking rooms. But, one of our room was smell of cigarette and took a day making the smell fade away.
