Review: Tempatnya nyaman. Karyawan ramah. Fasilitas lengkap & bersih
Negative points: Hotel can be cleaner in general and internet was week mostly.
Review: Awalnya ga expect bakal ada pool on the rooftop. Tapi ternyata emang ada dan sebagus itu pemandangannya 🥹nOverall bagus!
Positive points: Nice hotel with clean room! Would definitely stay here again! Gorgeous roof top views of the city
Negative points: Cafe was a bit pricey, but otherwise everything was great
Positive points: The location is great and we really liked the rooftop. It has a great view of the area and is a nice spot for coffee in the morning.
Negative points: They had fully booked the hotel, which shouldn't be a problem, only that they could only provide one key card per room. But we had multiple guests in each room with different schedules so it was very inconvenient. My friend had to get ready for a wedding in the room without a keycard - so he had no A/C and they couldn't offer any solutions.

Positive points: The room was quiet big, tho we got upgraded because for the Genius program. The roof top had a good view. Stuff was also nice.
Negative points: Be aware that all the pictures you see on booking or google are from at least few years back. Everything is very worn out. I understand there is a need for reconstruction, but nobody informed us that the rooftop bar is closed and usage of the pool will be in accompaniament of the workers. nBreakfast in our option is very poor. Most of the food served is bad quality, food store/ ready stuff. nThe room itself was rather kind of one night stay. There is no warddrobe or place to put your close. Bathroom is smelly and there is fungus on the shower. The fan in the bathroom is so loud that you want to take the shower without the light.
Review: On the day I checked in, it happened to be my birthday, and the hotel staff arranged a lovely surprise—so thoughtful!nThe room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, though there was some noise from the busy street outside (cars and crowds).nThe hotel has a café, and the food was delicious.nOverall, it was great value for money and definitely worth recommending!
Positive points: Hotel location and room was clean

Positive points: The location is quite good, close to shops and local resto with a walk of about 3 - 10 minutes.
Negative points: The employees are not very friendly and the service is not optimal. I saw several employees smoking in the swimming pool area. There were also some staff talking and smoking in the corridor area.

Negative points: Wifi did not work. The roof tor bar is soo loud. If you go to the hotel try to get a Room below fifth floor.
Review: Good place, good staff, good ambince
Positive points: The room was very clean. The strong jasmine tea scent in the restaurant at night was very good and relaxing. Food orders for room service were very quick and taste nice. The portion is huge.
Negative points: There was no wardrobe closet or even a safe deposit box. The power outlet that supposed to be used for the kettle was not functioning.
