Review: I had a fantastic time at Jon's hostel
Positive points: It was clean, the access was superb, close to many restaurants, close to Malang station.
Negative points: They didn’t prepare any liquid soap at the time but on the second day, one of their staff offered me some small soaps (which was nice) but i had already my own liquid soaps, so that was okay (because I’ve already read some reviews)
Review: Really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly.
Positive points: The staff was amazing, helped me with everything. They where so friendly and helpful. Gave me tips about what to see and where to go. They even drove me down to the train station when I was leaving. Would 100% recommend this place.

Positive points: Great location and lovely staff!
Negative points: The place could have a deep cleaning, specially bathrooms.
Positive points: the facilities were good and booking a tour through them was great. the owner and his family were really kind and helpful, and the location is excellent.
Negative points: I booked a scooter driver for the day through them and on the way back, he stopped us far from the hostel in the pouring rain and made some very uncomfortable sexual comments. I did not feel safe or comfortable, and even less so since he knew where I was sleeping and the rooms have no lock. if you're a solo female traveller please be careful.nI don't blame the hostel owners and it's still a decent place.

Positive points: The owner and his son were incredibly helpful and hospitable, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!
Review: A great hostel, but its not popular yet among the tourist. I suggest to stay here when you visit malang. Best hostel in malang probably! Clean and quite dormitory room, friendly and cheerful staff, cozy and relax ambience, and the cleanliness of the toilet is on point! Its also close to anywhere in the downtown area of malang, you can walk anywhere. Minus point from me is only because the ac is not cool enough to make the room comfortable. Please stay here when you're in malang, this hostel deserve more attention and popularity!

Positive points: The dorm beds had curtains and an outlet. The toilet was always stocked with tissue. Excellent location.
Negative points: Walls need a paint job. Lots of dust bunnies on the ceiling. You can hear motorcycles all night.
Review: Location is awesome, walking distance to many attraction within malang city centre and old town. staff were kind and friendly, hostel also can be found easilynnbed were very comfortable, toilet is neat and clean, and locker is available also. One minus thing about this jostel is the AC in the room, 1 small ac cant cool up the big dormitory room, its so hot inside the room. better change the AC or alternatively can add individual fan inside bed. once ac is good, all ready!
Positive points: Beds were spacious, lots of places to put luggage, clean and warm showers. Jon showed us what to do in the area and it was very helpful. We booked the 2D bromo and ijen tour and had such an incredible time! Would absolutely recommend
Review: In the middle of city
Positive points: The location is good. It’s like a 10 minute walk from the train station and around 15 minutes to the colourful villages. Staff was nice.
Negative points: The whole building and especially the bathroom has a really Mouldy smell. I’m allergic to mould so I immediately felt, that there is a lot of it everywhere. The bathroom is also not clean at all and some beds didn’t even have sheets on, I was lucky to get one with.

Positive points: The staff was so friendly and helpful the room also nice and the bed comfy. I tried the coffee it was good and cheap! Will definitely come back!
Negative points: There was a baby and a little kid and their mom was talk lot while they’re packing till i cant sleep it was like 5-6 am
