Positive points: The room is spacious, simple, and has a Western feel. It's in a good location because it's in a quiet alley. My room has a nice view of a green area with trees. There's a laundry machine available.
Negative points: I asked for some kitchen tools, but the staff said they didn't have any. It feels like the kitchen is just for show. I think you don't value your guests enough. For the price, I expected a full set of cooking tools. Avoid Quoc Huong Street because it floods during the rainy season.

Positive points: Simple, clean, friendly cleaning staff. Nice cafe around the corner for breakfast.
Negative points: No super easy to get in at night (late check in) as you need to call someone and wait a few minutes outside for someone to come

While my visitor found the room to be clean and tidy, she was spooked by the lack of personnel on premise. I have stayed at M Village before though at other locations and could always get help or at least see a security guard. This spot had no one. When the light in the room was spoilt she could not find anyone to fix it. I emailed the property to seek help and received no reply.
That said, when she first arrived at the wrong M Village, the kind staff member there helped to move her luggage to the right location. So they are great when they do appear but she did not see any staff member throughout her 10 night stay there.
Negative points: Thi thoảng nghe thấy phòng bên ném điều khiển điều hoà và nghe thấy bên ngoài buổi sáng bắt đầu dọn dẹp, xịt nước. Cũng không quá phiền nhưng các bạn lưu ý.
Positive points: Phòng nhỏ nhắn, xinh xắn theo phong cách minimalism. Đầy đủ đồ dùng. Không gian thoáng đãng, yên tĩnh. Thích hợp nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn.
Positive points: sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, cách phục vụ của nhân viên, có sân và có máy giặt

- Drap giường, chăn & gối: màu quá tối nên cảm giác không biết có sạch hay không, không thấy được côn trùng (nếu có) như muỗi, kiến, .... Nếu được trang bị loại màu sáng thì dịch vụ sẽ hoàn hảo.
- Tay gác vòi sen lắp đặt hơi cao, nếu người thấp sẽ hơi khó khăn khi sử dụng.
