Review: Very bad conditions, the pictures is nice but facilities are not clean and in good condition, never book this place for your staying.

Review: Terrible, awful, frightening. The pictures posted online are new and beautiful, but when I received the room, it was moldy, had mosquitoes, and even a cockroach. The other room looked clean, but at night when I washed my face, there was a used condom from the previous guests right at the sink. I wanted to check out, and the receptionist politely and enthusiastically explained to me the reasons I couldn't check out (this person was fine 👍). But the other staff acted like thugs, shouting at the guests while they were speaking, initially speaking with a very condescending tone, saying that the room was too cheap, and if I wanted a nicer room, I had to pay more. Later, they even said as if they were doing me a favor by changing my room without extra charge, with a tone like they were giving me charity for my family. I have never felt so insulted like this before.

Review: For the price, you can find much better in District 2. Building and rooms are really old in general and severely need updating. Lots of visible mold in the bathroom. Also they have a weird policy of leaving your key with the front desk when you go in and out. I realize they likely also have a master key but this seems very odd and not secure. I was not comfortable leaving any belongings in the room.

On the plus side, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

For $13 USD, the place is just “OK” but I wouldn’t recommend given all the other options around, unless desperate. Will not return.

Review: Pictures give a false image of the hotel. Our room was disgusting, mould on the roof, soap scum on the shower, hair in the shower, pad left behind the bathroom sink, and the shower drain was clogged, meaning the bathroom flooded with each shower. We stayed one night and checked out the next morning, booking else where.
The staff woke us up at 11pm, playing music and talking loudly in the reception area.

Review: Dirty, stuffy & old hotel. The window is fixed glass and not designed to open. Narrow staircase , very dark at night & without lift.

Review: Good location, however the room is not clean (floor, bedding...), the equipment in the room is old and not functioning well (fan, air conditioner, water heater...), so consider carefully when booking the room.

Review: The owner is quite friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for travel, entertainment, and dining.
