Review: The location is within perfect walking distance to the main restaurants and bars, but far away enough that you get a quiet nights sleep. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Positive points: The hotel was clean and had hot water

Negative points: The staff only spoke Vietnamese and weren’t particularly bothered with us being there. Location was ok but away from other hostels and more touristy area. A lot of beds are hard in Vietnam but these were really really hard! One of our rooms had no window.

Review: The rooms are basic, only a window in my bathroom. Water was hot, had a fridge. Tried to communicate with hotel before I arrived regarding a tour but they were slow to respond.

Positive points: Convenient location to cafes. Bus from SaPa dropped us at hotel. Elevator for luggage. Very clean and comfortable room. Pleasant staff.

Review: Hotel in the city center, there is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel so it is very convenient for shopping. There is a nutrition porridge shop 500m away, so it is very convenient to call for delivery for families with children. The room is extremely clean, the downside is that some rooms do not have windows so it will be a bit stuffy, but the rooms with street view and windows are very good.

Positive points: We stayed here for two nights before we started the Ha Giang Loop. Our bus didn’t arrive until nearly 3am and the owner was able to let us in at that time. The room was clean too.

Review: I was very happy with my stay here for 1 night. I travel light and my needs are basic and this was perfect for me. Nice neighbourhood too with coffee spots, restuarants and convenience stores all very close. 1 block from the river if you fancy a stroll too.
I would definitely stay here again.

Review: We stayed 1 night before we done the Ha Giang loop.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were modern and very clean.
We enjoyed our stay very much and on our return from doing the loop we stayed a 2nd night.
