Review: This hotel is not ideal for stays over one night, especially for transit purposes. I had two bookings with non-smoking rooms requested, but was initially allocated a room with a strong smoke smell. After complaining, I was moved to a better room. However, when I asked to stay in the same room, I was told I had to pay extra, which is unacceptable. I cancelled my second booking due to the poor room conditions and limited breakfast options. Guests should request rooms with windows, and loyalty program members should have modest expectations for free upgrades.

Positive points: Breakfast need to improve, more food varieties. But it is hard because there are not a lot of customers ,and restaurant staff has only one server who did everything , so it is not easy for her to treat customers friendlier. ( I guessed).
Negative points: The water spray (bidet) is setup for left hand people.!?? rnRestaurant service server needs more friendlier.
Review: 这个位置很好，还有不错的早餐，这样的价格很合理，胡志明能以这个价格在这个位置住到这样的房间，很划算；n而且附近就有一个大的市场，生鲜很多，肉类，海鲜，干货，水果，生活设施非常齐全，生活便利

Review: The 1st room smelt damp along with the corridors nThe air conditioning unit failed and poured water on the floor. At first the man tried to fix it and wanted us to stay in the room. We moved and the new room was much better
Positive points: The hotel was recommended by a family friend due to its location and value. I would have to say that it was in a great location in District 5 in Saigon and definitely very affordable, but unfortunately, those were the only things we liked about it. The staff seemed helpful and was pleasant.
Negative points: Our A/C unit struggled to stay cool compared to the room that our son had across the way. There were ants or some kind of very small insects crawling on the bed, headboard and flooring in our son's room. We had a few of those small insects in our bathroom. There were some mornings where our hot water did not get hot and was luke warm at best. The rooms were a great size but the facilities seemed run down.

Negative points: Staff miscommunication between 1 shift and 2 shift (booking was not accepted)
Review: When I laid on the bed so old, I saw roach and some other insects climbing on the walls scared 😱 me a little bit, they needed remodeling and pests control once month and the Tv freeze all the time, the location is fine.

Negative points: Wi-Fi is super slow! Not even enough to handle App calls. AC is not cool enough. Report the issue to staff across the building but they just ignore you. Online description did not indicate they have two buildings and they put us in the old one which does not have a lobby or staffing.
