Review: Very clean, great bed and pillows

Positive points: Katy, the manager, and her employees are incredibly accommodating and supportive. They made our visit one we will never forget by giving us and every other guest excellent, cheerful service.rnThe rooms were immaculate. In addition to sweets, they gave us bottled water. They didn't take any wrong turns. rnThey served a fantastic selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, which was excellent.

Review: No laundry machine in the hotel and no iron in a room. These happen to every hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The pool is small but okay because I don’t use it. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient.

Positive points: The staff and manager were very accommodating. They treated us like family. Exemplary service with a smile and then some.

Positive points: Cleanliness of the property and the staff were very helpful. It is quite at night because it is located in district 5, 10-15min ride going to the center (district 1) which would only cost you 2-3usd grab ride.

Positive points: Very pretty and in a good and convenient place, staff were very kind and patient with us. The AC was amazing especially after a long day of events. The beds are extremely comfortable, and housekeeping is very good at tidying the room perfectly without being too invasive.
