Review: The hotel is a little run down but is an okay place if you’re on a budget and needed a place to sleep and shower. Staff are decent.
Positive points: Nice hotel. The stuff is friendly and attentive, clean rooms, good view from the widows. Many options of local restaurants around.
Negative points: In the rooms, which are on the street side, you can hear all noise from the street.

Positive points: The hotel location is across the street from District 5 cultural event center. Lots of restaurants next door to the hotel. Hotel allowed guest to check in couple hours early or check out couple hours late based on hourly rate
Negative points: The side walk in front of the hotel is clustering with motor bike from late afternoon to through out the night
Review: The room is clean, conveniently located for traveling around tourist spots and dining in district 5.

Review: Worth the money spent. The room is decent but very clean. The hotel staff is extremely enthusiastic and attentive. I will continue to stay at this hotel if I have the chance to return to SG.

Review: Friendly staff, clean rooms. If I have the chance to return to SG with such a budget, I would still choose to stay here. (Small note: I don't understand why there was a cigarette smell in the room when I came back from my trip, while I don't smoke in my room.)
