Review: This hotel is budget-friendly.nIt is located in District 5, near Chinatown, so there are plenty of Hong Kong and Chinese-style restaurants in the area.nThe staff are friendly and responsive.nThe distance to the city center is acceptable, especially when there is no traffic.nThe room is spacious, particularly the bathroom.nThe only issue I encountered was that the room I stayed in had fleas.

Positive points: The Hotel is closed to restaurants, coffees shop also close to the market. Receptionist is very nice and helpful.

Review: The location is a little bit hard to find, it's in an alley. The staff was helpful and very clear about the room policy with additional charges to the beverages in the room. There will be a deposit fee if you don't want them to hold on to your passport, your deposit will get refunded. It is clean, I would stay here again.

Review: it's kind of scam hotel. They will asking to keep your passport with them or pay the deposit of 500.000 dong. They will keep all the necessary things such as mineral water, snacks, mouth wash and so on inside the room and will charge you when you are checking out if you used the things. They will not let you know earlier when check in that they will charge you if you used the things. They will not inform you of anything when you are doing check in. very unprofessional service by the receptionist. They are very rude and unfriendly. Not good in English at all. Breakfast is on the same menu everyday which is not tasty at all. It is a very expensive price per night but not even mineral water is given. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
