Positive points: I had a fantastic stay at Dialoog Hotel! The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated Miko, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and professional. I would definitely stay here again!
Negative points: Nothing, all perfect.
Review: This hotel is a top tier hotel in this city, even though the price quiet expensive but you got what you've paid. The view, the pool, the facilities everything was great.

Positive points: Very nice scenery and view. We got a free room upgrade. Thanks! We had a nice welcome chat with several staff members. All of them were able to talk English.
Negative points: The breakfast was outside. When the sun is shining it was very hot in the breakfast area. The ceiling fans were not working. The second day the staff turned on a Dyson fan. That was convenient.
Review: Everything was perfect. Great view of infinity pool, delicious breakfast with local and western taste. Surely will comeback.

Review: I love this hotel! The view, the location, the staffs are amazing! Specially Maria, Faisal and Hamid at FO/Reception. Davina at the Restaurant also make sure if everything is okay with food etc. Maria and Faisal , they’re very kind and friendly. Hamid shared knowledge about the hotel and also about Banyuwangi. They all went above and beyond, and if I had them as my employees I would give extra point for them. I would definitely come back to this hotel again and again!
Positive points: Beautiful hotel grounds, lovely swimming pool, restaurant served delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Very peaceful and relaxing ambience. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Bali massage at the spa. We would definitely stay again if we return to Banyuwangi!
