Review: I just had my 2nd stay here that confirms the true value for money of this conveniently located hotel. If you need nothing more than just a good sleep while visiting the city, take this one.

Review: Strategic location, amazing room and facilities (includes swimming pool), friendly and helpful staffs. Just wonderful. Absolutely recommended.

Review: The staf help too much, also arrange for Ijen visit , super market in front of hotel, we use scooter for transportation. Also we stay at first floor with steps, and staff carry the luggage. Stay again in case of needed.

Review: Untuk sekelas hotel bintang 3, ini paling buruk sih.nKekurangan:n- Wifi suka ngadatn* AC gak dingin.n* Kulkas gak nyalan* TV hanya pajangan! Karena tidak ada chanel yang bisa dilihat sama sekali!n* No safety at all. Hotel ini tidak punya security.n- Pintu kamar hanya ada kunci biasa. Tidak ada slot.n- Pembersihan kamar harus request dulu. yang mana tamu tidak diberitahu. Jadi pas saya sampek, kamar masih kotor.n- VENTILASI TOILET TERHUBUNG KAMAR SEBELAH!! Jadi jika sebelah kamar BAB, baunya sampe ke toilet saya.nDan yang terburuk adalah dimalam pertama saya menginap, ada orang yang berusaha masuk ke kamar saya jam 12 MALAM.nSaya coba telpon resepsionisnya untuk melapor, dan mereka CUMA KONFIRMASI BY WA!!nTidak ada satupun staff yang memastikan kondisi saya baik-baik saja malam itu. Mereka hanya menjelaskan kalau itu hanya tamu yang salah kamar.nTapi si pelaku berusaha membuka selama 10-15 menit.nkalau salah kamar, kenapa selama itu?!nKeesokan malamnya juga sipelaku membuat gaduh di jam 10 malam yang membuat saya semakin trauma.nSaya sudah berusaha lapor, tapi tidak bisa pindah kamar.nStaff juga TIDAK PUNYA SOLUSI!!nSaya hanya disuruh bersabar!nSekarang saya harus konseling psikolog karena pengalaman traumatis ini.nnUntuk lokasi, sebetulnya sangat strategis. Karena sebelah hotel sudah resto dan tempat oleh2.nKamar juga sangat luas dan ada tempat untuk menjemur baju, cocok untuk keluarga. Resepsionisnya juga baik dan ramah. Tapi sangat tidak aman menginap disini.

Positive points: Reasonable rate per night, very clean, nice place to relax, spacious room

Positive points: Everything is new, has a nice style and the staff is friendly. It's located in a quit neigbourhood and is quite affordable too.

Positive points: The value for money. Kind staff, the design and layout is very pretty. The staff contacted me about a book I left at property which was very kind of them. The property is near some reasonable restaurants and directly opposite a convenience store.
